My first pen illustration ever

This was my first major pen drawing after my college years. It has become a heavily overloaded drawing that wanted to cover up its flaws with its abundance. I had many plans and ideas at the time, but also a lack of experience, so not everything worked out perfectly. This is noticeable in certain details. But the whole thing still has some charm, I think...

I agree, the drawing is heavily overloaded! I see a muscular warrior, strange armor, a wizard, bloodied swords and other heavy weapons,
a dripping candle, burning fire, a tiger, an ape-like monster, rats, skulls, cacti, lizards. Okay, way too much!

A little later it became clear to me that simplicity and sobriety can also be beautiful ... The same wizard again,
but now in a much calmer environment. No less beautiful, in my opinion.

And also the tiger got its own illustration ...

A tiny bit of color can make a much stronger impression...
And a blue sky always makes people happy. Even with a dangerous lip-smacking tiger around :)

Thanks for watching!
